Radovan Kijac was born in 1982 in Novi Sad. He is Graduated Professor of Physical Education and a graduate volleyball coach.

He worked as assistant coach and coach as follows:

2009/10 O.K ’Novi Sad’ divisione 1,assistant coach.
2010/11 O.K ’Novi Sad’ divisione 1,assistant coach.

2012/13 O.K ’Dunav Volley divisione 1,assistant coach,head coach of junior team.
2013/14 O.K ’Dunav Volley divisione 1,assistant coach,head coach of junior team(3rd place Serbian championships)
2014/15 O.K ’Dunav Volley divisione 2, head coach,coach of junior team (3rd place Serbian championships)

In 2015, he received  scholarship from province of Vojvodina, as the best young coach.

1965 -1970. OK Sloboda, Klek, member of the First Federal League.
1971- 1984 OK, GIK Banat, Zrenjanin, member of the First Federal League,

champions of Yugoslavia  1971/72.

Coaching career:
1985 – 1988. Coach junior categories in OK  GIK Banat, Zrenjanin.
1989 – 2000. Head coach OK  Vojvodina, Novi Sad.

Champions of Yugoslavia: 1991/92, 1992/93, 1993/94, 1994/95, 1995/96, 1996/97,
1997/98, 1998/99.
Yugoslav Cup Winners: 1992, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1998.
Yugoslavia Super Cup Winners: 1993.
III place in the League Cup (Final Four, Bologna).
Coach junior team of Yugoslavia: 1991 – 1993.
– The first coach of the university team of  Yugoslavia at the Universiade 1995th FUKUOKA,
Japan, placement: V place.
1995 – in the selection of  “Sports journal” declared the most successful coach.
1996 Head Coach Senior A selection of Yugoslavia at the World Cup in Japan, ranking: III  place.
2000/01 head coach OK  Itison, Ivanjica (debut in the League I – V position).
2001 – 2004 head coach OK  Levski, Sofia, Bulgaria.

Bulgarian Cup Winner 2002/03, 2003/04.
2002/03 and 2003/04 Head coach of the Bulgarian national team (World League V position).

2006/07 Iranian national team head coach-participant in the World Championship in Japan.
